ご連絡が遅くなって申し訳ございません。

指摘して頂いた件、こちらでも確認できました。
本来ならば環境変数等の特別な設定をせずともcmakeが通るべきものです。

近々のリリースを目指しているOpenRTP 1.1.0-RC5(バグフィックス版)で対応致します。
