pcファイルから-Wall -fPIC -O2を削除する

openrtm-aist.pcに-Wall -fPIC -O2が含まれていますが、これらのオプションはコンパイルに本質的に必要なものではなく、ビルドタイプ等によって切り替えて指定するものではないかと思います。
pcファイルからは削除してはどうかと思うのですが、如何でしょうか。
